· 与Booking和Ratehawk等合作伙伴协作，将旅游API集成到预订系统、后台平台、移动应用等中
· 将业务需求转化为与项目目标一致的技术规范
· 与开发人员、设计师和项目经理合作，明确需求
· 协助设计可扩展、高效的系统架构
· 开发流程模型、数据流图及相关文档
· 在敏捷环境中工作
我们期望
· 在软件开发环境中担任系统分析师2年以上
· 能够将复杂的业务需求转化为技术文档
· 对SDLC和敏捷开发有深入理解
· 熟悉Jira、Confluence和绘图软件（如Figjam、Miro）等工具
· 英语流利

· 有旅游软件经验（预订系统、CRM等）

We are Zoftify, a product development agency that creates custom software solutions for the travel industry. Unlike typical outsourcing firms, we focus on delivering measurable business results and fully stand behind the solutions we build.
We are seeking a System Analyst to join our team and help build scalable, well-designed solutions for globally recognized travel companies.
What you will do
- Gather, document, and analyze system requirements with clients and project managers
- Collaborate with partners like Booking and Ratehawk to integrate travel APIs into booking systems, back-office platforms, mobile apps, and more
- Translate business needs into technical specs aligned with project goals
- Work with developers, designers, and project managers to define clear requirements
- Assist in designing scalable, efficient system architectures
- Develop process models, data flow diagrams, and relevant documentation
- Work in an agile environment
What we expect
- 2+ years of experience as a System Analyst in a software development environment
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and agile
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and diagramming software (e.g., Figjam, Miro).
- Fluent English
What’s your advantage
- Experience with travel software (booking systems, CRMs)
- Experience working at a travel company (OTA, tour operator, etc.)
- Knowledge of travel APIs (bed banks, GDS, etc.)
- Strong understanding of AI integration for process optimization, including limitations and security concerns
