作为业务分析师，您将：
- 收集并整理业务和转型需求。
- 将业务需求转化为明确的IT和数据工作项。
- 分析现状与目标流程和数据流。
- 支持财务报告和数据架构项目（Databricks / Power BI）。
- 与转型、业务和开发团队协作。
- 定义并记录需求、业务规则和数据逻辑。
- 支持测试、用户验收测试（UAT）、上线和日常运营交接。
我们期望您具备：
- 在复杂项目中担任业务分析师4年以上，最好在金融服务领域。
- 在转型项目中有扎实的背景。
- 对保险环境有深入了解（优先）。
- 有使用微软生态系统的经验（Azure、Power BI、Azure DevOps）。
- 强大的分析、沟通和文档编写能力。
- 能够用英语撰写高质量的需求文档。
加分项：
- SQL和数据分析技能（Databricks）。
- 有财务/报告或数据架构项目的经验。
- 了解财务/会计。
- 有敏捷交付经验。

We are the Microsoft Data Platform Competence Center – leading experts in Microsoft data technologies. Our team has hands-on experience with the full spectrum of modern data solutions including Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Purview, Azure SQL Database, Databricks, Palantir, and more.
We constantly learn, experiment, and refine our engineering practices, implementing new innovations across the data ecosystem.
Our team has grown to 40 specialists operating in both the Czech Republic and Switzerland.
What you will do as a Business Analyst
- Gather and structure business and transformation requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear IT and data work items.
- Analyze as-is vs to-be processes and data flows.
- Support finance reporting and data architecture initiatives (Databricks / Power BI).
- Collaborate with transformation, business, and development teams.
- Define and document requirements, business rules, and data logic.
- Support testing, UAT, go-live, and BAU handover.
What we expect
- 4+ years as Business Analyst on complex projects, preferably in financial services.
- Strong background in transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of insurance environment (strong advantage).
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power BI, Azure DevOps).
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to write high-quality requirements in English.
Nice to have
- SQL & data analysis skills (Databricks).
- Experience with finance/reporting or data architecture initiatives.
- Knowledge of finance/accounting.
- Experience with Agile delivery.
