作为高级 Power BI 工程师，你将：
- 设计、开发并交付可扩展、高性能的 Power BI 数据集和报告，利用 Databricks（Gold 层）和基于 SQL 的元数据。
- 与业务利益相关者紧密合作，将复杂需求转化为高效且可维护的 Power BI 解决方案。
- 使用增量刷新、分区和查询折叠优化大规模数据模型和刷新流程。
- 维护和增强 ADF 管道、Azure Functions 和 Azure DevOps 中的 YAML CI/CD 流程，以支持自动化测试和部署流程。
- 确保 Power BI 生态系统中的数据质量、安全性和治理（包括 RLS）。
- 在跨职能环境中协作，并支持团队成员解决分析和技术挑战。
我们期望你具备：
- 5年以上 Power BI 开发经验（数据建模、DAX、性能优化、可视化）。
- 在 Azure Data Factory、Azure Functions 和 Azure DevOps（YAML 管道）方面有扎实的实战经验。

We are the Microsoft Data Platform Competence Center – leading experts in Microsoft data technologies. Our team has hands-on experience with the full spectrum of modern data solutions including Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Purview, Azure SQL Database, Databricks, Palantir, and more.
We constantly learn, experiment, and refine our engineering practices, implementing new innovations across the data ecosystem. People are at the core of our success – that’s why we offer our data engineers up to one month per year dedicated purely to learning and professional growth.
Our team has grown to 40 specialists operating in both the Czech Republic and Switzerland.
What you will do as a Senior Power BI Engineer
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance Power BI datasets and reports, leveraging Databricks (Gold layer) and SQL-based metadata.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into efficient and maintainable Power BI solutions.
- Optimize large-scale data models and refresh pipelines using incremental refresh, partitioning, and query folding.
- Maintain and enhance ADF pipelines, Azure Functions, and YAML-based CI/CD processes in Azure DevOps to support automated testing and deployment workflows.
- Ensure data quality, security (including RLS), and governance across the Power BI ecosystem.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional environment and support teammates in solving analytical and technical challenges.
What we expect
- 5+ years of professional experience in Power BI development (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization, visualization).
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines).
- Excellent SQL skills and understanding of metadata-driven modeling.
- Ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders, shaping requirements and solution design.
- Experience with Databricks and PySpark is a major advantage and will help integrate reporting with upstream data transformations.
- You care about the team — collaboration and knowledge sharing are key values for us.
- You can communicate in English on projects (or improve with our language courses).
- You have a strong drive to learn and grow. Everyone receives up to 30 learning days per year.
