- Support Project Execution Training and Enablement by coordinating sessions, maintaining enablement content, and collecting feedback to improve training effectiveness.
- Support Project Execution Leadership Support by preparing executive-ready summaries, consolidating project health inputs, and enabling timely escalation.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness across PMO tools by maintaining trackers and inputs that feed dashboards and leadership reporting (in partnership with Business Excellence).
- Contribute to PMO-led continuous improvement / transformation initiatives (e.g., Stage Gate improvements, enablement enhancements, lessons learned integration, governance documentation upkeep).
- Support project closeout activities, including lessons learned capture, final documentation, and transition support as required.
