- 在Meta和TikTok上组织和优化付费广告活动
- 制定策略以扩大广告规模并最大化ROAS
- 根据ROAS、CPA、CTR和其他关键指标监控和优化表现
- 在创意、受众和落地页上进行A/B测试
- 与创意团队合作制作高表现的广告素材（文案、视觉、视频）
- 使用Google Analytics和广告平台分析广告数据
- 提供清晰的数据驱动见解和改进建议
- 跟踪平台变化、趋势和新机会
- 监控竞争对手并识别新的策略以保持竞争力
✅ 资格要求（必须具备）
- 2年以上社交媒体广告或付费媒体经验
- 在Meta Ads和TikTok Ads方面有丰富经验

💼 Responsibilities
- Organize and optimize paid campaigns across MetaandTikTok
- Develop strategies to scale campaigns and maximize ROAS
- Monitor and optimize performance based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key metrics
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets (copy, visuals, video)
- Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and ad platforms
- Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to improve performance
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new opportunities
- Monitor competitors and identify new strategies to stay competitive
✅ Qualifications (Must Haves)
- 2+ years of experience insocial media advertising, or paid media.
- Strong experience with Meta AdsandTikTok Ads.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Shopify, and ad platform dashboards
- Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad concepts and briefs
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and stay up to date with trends and new strategies
