As Senior Director, Health Policy, you will play an integral role in developing, delivering, and selling data-driven solutions as part of our evolving Reimbursement Policy Analytics offering. This is a high-impact leadership role spanning three key pillars:

  • Thought Leadership — Be the recognized voice on health policy, reimbursement strategy, and regulatory trends shaping life sciences.
  • Business Development — Identify and drive new revenue opportunities. Lead proposals, connect client needs, and grow our practice.
  • Strategic Execution — Oversee project delivery, build analysis frameworks, and craft narratives that influence decision-makers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead health policy thought leadership across Medicare/Medicaid, the Inflation Reduction Act, federal budget scoring models, and alternative payment models
  • Drive business development as the go-to subject matter expert — identify opportunities and lead RFP execution end-to-end
  • Design data-driven solutions using Medicare claims, Part D, commercial claims, MEPS, and MCBS datasets
  • Translate complex analytical findings into compelling, story-based narratives that inform product launch strategies and influence policy decision-makers
  • Provide strategic oversight of project execution — managing timelines, resources, scope, and quality
  • Collaborate with patient advocacy and industry groups to strengthen partnerships and market insights
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering excellence, integrity, and continuous quality improvement
  • Create innovative service offerings and identify new revenue streams to expand our health policy practice
  • Lead proposal writing and allocate human and financial resources to ensure objectives are accomplished within project scope
  • Identify areas of risk and ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of all deliverables

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Advanced knowledge in life sciences healthcare policy with recognized standing in the professional field through original contribution
  • Deep expertise in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry — including coding, coverage, and reimbursement of products
  • Broad technical knowledge of reimbursement strategies and/or health policy with strong economic, financial, and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated success within a consulting environment or pharmaceutical industry with proven ability to deliver results on time and within budget
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output
  • Strong business development acumen — ability to interact with and influence clients to drive new opportunities
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate complex material clearly in presentations and discussions
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with keen attention to detail
  • Independent thinker who adapts easily to change, thinks outside the box, and displays flexibility and collaboration
  • Ability to develop sound, long-term client relationships and thrive in a dynamic, high-performance consulting environment
