核心职责：
内容开发：与创始人合作，撰写以灵气治疗、能量工作、基于祈祷的疗愈、断食和整体静修为核心的电子书。灵性契合：撰写符合品牌信仰使命的文本，既尊重经文基础，又使用直觉疗愈语言。研究与构思：协助规划书籍结构，研究经文引用、灵性原则和健康趋势。叙事与编辑：将语音笔记、大纲和灵性下载内容转化为精炼、具有转变效果的数字文本。格式与出版准备：协助格式化用于数字出版和电商平台的内容。产品协作：与创意和产品团队协调，确保电子书发布与静修主题或商品发布一致。

Writing Experience: Minimum 2.5-5 years of experience ghostwriting or publishing wellness/spirituality-focused content.Voice Matching: Ability to adapt tone and language to reflect a founder’s distinct personality, spiritual values, and audience connection.Industry Insight: Strong understanding of Reiki, fasting, energy clearing, divine feminine healing, and spiritual coaching spaces.Organized & Independent: Skilled in managing timelines, content revisions, and delivering clean copy without micro-management.Content Strategy Savvy: Familiarity with how eBooks fit into broader digital product and retreat ecosystems.Tools & Delivery: Proficient in Google Docs, Canva (optional), and digital file organization for e-commerce or platform integration.
Core responsibilities:
Content Development: Collaborate with founder to ghostwrite eBooks rooted in Reiki, energy work, prayer-based healing, fasting, and holistic retreats.Spiritual Alignment: Write in a voice that honors both scriptural foundations and intuitive healing language, aligned with the brand’s faith-based mission.Research & Concepting: Assist with outlining book structures, researching scriptural references, spiritual principles, and wellness trends.Storytelling & Editing: Transform voice notes, outlines, and spiritual downloads into polished, transformative digital texts.Formatting & Publishing Prep: Support formatting for digital publication and e-commerce platforms.Product Collaboration: Coordinate with the creative and product teams to align eBook launches with retreat themes or merchandise rollouts.
