Responsibilities
Freight Administrator
- Ensuring applicable freight charges are accurately captured and accounted for on customer sales orders.
- Reviewing and validating freight-related transactions for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensuring freight invoices are coded to the appropriate General Ledger accounts.
- Overseeing daily review and resolution of the Eclipse Freight Audit Report, including tagged purchase order freight transactions.
- Monitoring freight recovery reporting to ensure freight revenue and recoverable costs are appropriately captured each month.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
