我们正在寻找一位技术经理 – AI，领导团队构建可生产使用的AI系统，创造可衡量的业务影响。
你将结合技术领导力、架构和人员管理，将AI从商业机会转化为生产环境——构建LLM代理、推荐引擎、个性化系统和可扩展的AI基础设施，直接影响数百万客户的体验。
你将：
- 架构和扩展生产环境中的AI系统（LLM代理、推荐引擎、个性化）
- 设计可扩展的多代理工作流和AI微服务
- 将业务问题转化为具有可衡量影响的AI解决方案
- 发布直接提升转化率、留存率和客户体验的AI功能
- 建立并带领一支高绩效的AI团队（每季度招聘2-5人）
- 建立MLOps、CI/CD、监控和可扩展的AI基础设施
职位要求
- 5年以上在高性能、快节奏环境中领导工程团队的经验
- 3年以上构建和发布生产环境中的AI/ML系统（LLMs、推荐系统、个性化或类似）
- 具有LLM、AI API和框架（如LangChain）的实际操作经验
- 在设计可扩展架构、微服务和AI流程方面有丰富经验
- 有与业务影响（CVR、收入、UX）相关的AI解决方案交付记录

Job Responsibilities
At Trafilea, AI isn’t an experiment—it’s becoming a core part of how we build, operate, and grow our consumer brands.
We’re looking for a Tech Manager – AI to lead the team building production-grade AI systems that create measurable business impact.
You’ll combine technical leadership, architecture, and people management to take AI from business opportunity to production—building LLM agents, recommendation engines, personalization systems, and scalable AI infrastructure that directly impact millions of customer experiences.
You will:
- Architect and scale AI systems in production (LLM agents, recommendation engines, personalization)
- Design multi-agent workflows and AI microservices that operate at scale
- Turn business problems into AI-driven solutions with measurable impact
- Ship AI features that directly improve conversion, retention, and customer experience
- Build and lead a high-performance AI team (2–5 hires per quarter)
- Establish MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and scalable AI infrastructure
Requirements
- 5+ years leading engineering teams in high-performance, fast-paced environments
- 3+ years building and shipping AI/ML systems in production (LLMs, recsys, personalization, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI APIs, and frameworks (LangChain or similar)
- Strong experience designing scalable architectures, microservices, and AI pipelines
- Proven track record of delivering AI solutions tied to business impact (CVR, revenue, UX)
- Experience with AWS and cloud-based AI infrastructure
- Solid understanding of MLOps (deployment, monitoring, model lifecycle, performance)
- Experience hiring, mentoring, and scaling engineering teams
- Strong ability to connect technical decisions with business outcomes
- Advanced English (global, remote team)
