**The impact you will have:**

Your main responsibility will be to conduct candidate searches and deliver exceptional experiences to candidates and hiring managers within our Global Operations function, with a particular focus on Community Support. Our team takes a consultative approach: it works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions. Determined to identify and hire the best talent on the market, we ensure that everyone who takes part in Airbnb's recruiting process feels valued and supported.

**A typical day:**

- Manage and drive the entire recruiting cycle, including proactive sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback and offers, for candidates of all levels, from entry-level to intermediate, within our Global Operations function, largely supporting the delivery of Community Support.
- Build candidate pipelines for multiple open positions across different teams and regions, considering diversity and the importance of presenting balanced slates of candidates.
- Foster inclusion by building diverse candidate pipelines from the top of the recruiting funnel.
- Collaborate with talent partners, hiring managers, HR Operations and Finance to develop the recruiting strategy and hiring plan.
- Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on the process, interview best practices and decision-making.
- Deliver exceptional experiences to candidates. Invent new ways to surprise and delight candidates throughout our interview process.
- Accurately record candidate data and use systems correctly so that reports can be produced for the business.
- Find the brightest and most passionate people for Airbnb by using innovative and creative ways to identify and engage them.
- Represent Airbnb with integrity and professionalism. Speak about Airbnb and our mission with passion and authenticity.

**Your expertise:**

- A minimum of 5 to 7 years or more of full-cycle recruiting experience is required. Experience supporting a global operations function, including customer service roles, is an asset.
- Work experience in a high-velocity, high-volume recruiting environment, with the ability to manage a large number of rapidly changing open positions while maintaining high standards and short closing timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a "tailored" and personalized experience to senior leaders, stakeholders and candidates.
- Track record of success in identifying, assessing and closing exceptional candidates in competitive talent markets, quota-driven or business-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical skills and influential leadership.
- Positive and proactive attitude. Receptive to feedback and constantly seeks to improve and progress.
- Comfortable working in a context of high ambiguity and rapid growth.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset: able to manage multiple simultaneous searches with tight deadlines.
- Genuine curiosity and a strong desire to learn and continuously grow.
- Strong initiative, creativity, perseverance and flexibility.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem), as well as proven experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to design recruiting automations and streamline workflows, are assets.
- The ability to communicate in English and French OR Spanish is an asset.

Due to the nature of this role, the selected candidate must be based in Canada in order to perform their work. Currently, employees may be located in: British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Alberta or Saskatchewan.
