- Prepare initial contracts and change orders based on project requirements.
- Support contract negotiations and serve as the main client contact for smaller opportunities.
- Manage contract administration and coordinate with Legal, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams.
- Review contracts and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor budget variances and support contract amendments and renewals.
- Provide updates on contract status and negotiations.
- Prepare contract budgets and maintain sales tracking records.
- Distribute executed contracts and maintain documentation in SharePoint.
- Prioritize workload effectively and deliver against tight deadlines.
- Ideally a Bachelor's degree finance, business management or a life science field
- Work experience in a similar industry
- Strong initiative to learn
- Strong English written and oral communication skills
- Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel to intermediate level
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Ability to manage relationships and communicate with senior managers and directors
- Salesforce experience is desirable but not essential
