In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of client projects across our enterprise and institutional engagements.You aren't just a "task-tracker"—you are the engine that ensures project governance, documentation, and operational processes are executed with precision. This role is ideal for a professional with 2–4 years of experience in a PMO or coordination environment who possesses elite administrative skills and is ready to take full ownership of project lifecycles.What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities):Support Project Managers with project administration, documentation, and coordination activitiesMaintain project management tools, trackers, and dashboards to ensure accurate status visibilityPrepare and distribute project status reports, meeting agendas, and minutesSchedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagementsTrack project actions, decisions, risks, and issues, ensuring timely follow-up and closureMaintain project documentation repositories, ensuring files are organized, current, and accessibleAssist with onboarding new project team members and stakeholders to project processes and toolsCollect and consolidate project data for reporting to internal leadership and client stakeholdersSupport budget tracking and resource allocation activitiesEnsure compliance with project management standards, templates, and governance frameworksContribute to the improvement of PMO processes, templates, and toolingWhat We Look for In You (Required Qualifications):2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or project administrationExperience supporting technical or enterprise projects, preferably in financial services, fintech, or technology environmentsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday, MS Project, or similar platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environmentUnderstanding of project management principles and best practicesSelf-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies, demonstrating high-quality and high-touch customer engagement throughout all phases of deliveryLanguages: Swiss German, German, English required; French and/or Italian a plusLocation: Switzerland, with focus on Zurich and Geneva.Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications):Exposure to blockchain, digital asset, or crypto infrastructure projectsFamiliarity with financial services operations, banking systems, or regulated environmentsExperience with agile or hybrid delivery methodologiesCAPM, PSM, or similar project management certificationsInterest in progressing into Project Manager roles🔒 Stay Safe from Job ScamsAll official Blockstream communication will come from an @blockstream.com email address.
