GTM Engineer

Remote: Latin America or the Philippines | Full-time, US business hours | US$3,500–$5,000/month

Build the systems that turn prospecting into revenue. Join one of the fastest-growing healthcare companies in the United States and work directly with growth leadership to build its sales and marketing engine.

We’re looking for a hands-on builder who connects GTM tools, data, and AI to generate qualified meetings and keep the sales pipeline accurate and moving. You’ll own practical systems that the Chief Growth Officer and leadership team use every day.

What you’ll do

  • Build prospect lists, enrich data, and automate targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Connect tools such as Clay, HubSpot, and AI platforms into reliable workflows.
  • Keep CRM stages, owners, next steps, and follow-up dates current.
  • Give leadership clear pipeline reports and flag stalled deals.
  • Test what works and improve meetings booked, conversion, and team productivity.

What you need

  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining GTM automations or integrations.
  • Experience with Clay or similar tools, plus CRM and marketing automation. HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting, data enrichment, and pipeline reporting.
  • Practical AI use beyond asking questions in a chat window.
  • C1-level English (spoken and written) and the ability to explain what you built and follow through on delivery.
  • Based in Latin America or the Philippines and available full-time during US business hours.

Strong advantages

Healthcare or health technology experience, SQL/Python, and account-based marketing. Strong builders from other industries are welcome.
