We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize business operations, drive operational excellence, and deliver measurable business results. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a proven ability to improve processes, lead high-performing teams, and implement scalable operational strategies across dynamic business environments.
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, optimize performance, manage cross-functional initiatives, and ensure operational efficiency while supporting business growth. You will collaborate with senior leadership to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies that improve productivity and reduce operational costs.

Requirements
Operations Manager – Strong Fit Resume Requirements
- 5+ years of Operations Management experience.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Process Improvement & Operational Excellence (Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement).
- Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and operational performance.
- Project Management and Change Management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, Salesforce, etc.).
- Budget, resource planning, and cost optimization experience.
- Demonstrated measurable achievements and business impact.
- Professional English proficiency (B2+ preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong Fit Indicators (Bonus)
- Experience leading teams of 20+ employees.
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar certifications.
- Experience in multinational or high-growth organizations.
- Digital transformation or automation project experience.
- Experience using AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude).
- Proven ability to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and drive business results.
