任职要求
· 5年以上招聘经验
- 具有技能行业/人力资源行业招聘经验者优先
- 具备出色的搜寻能力
- 出色的口头和书面沟通能力，能够与各级候选人和利益相关者进行有效交流
- 能够在压力下工作；按时完成任务
- 强大的组织能力，能够同时处理多个职位空缺和优先事项
- 表达清晰，写作能力强；具备成熟的商业意识

Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an enthusiastic CorporateRecruiter to join our team! You will source, screen, and interview candidates for internal positions, and manage / coordinate the interview and hiring process. You’ll be a strategic partner for our internal stakeholders, build relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
- Location: Remote (can live anywhere throughout the U.S.)
- Pay Range: $70,000-$75,000/yr (based on experience) + incentive based on placements
Key Responsibilities
· Source, screen, and interview candidates for internal corporate roles using various channels like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Write and post compelling job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and become a trusted advisor.
- Conduct behavioral-based interviews and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive and competitive experience for candidates throughout the process to attract high-quality talent.
Qualifications
· 5+ years recruiting experience
- Skilled Trades / staffing industry recruiting experience preferred
- Strong sourcing skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work well under pressure; meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities
- Articulate speaker and writer; established business acumen
