- 熟悉ERP系统，如Oracle、SAP或NetSuite。
- 优秀的分析能力、解决问题能力和沟通能力。
- 能够独立工作，在快节奏环境中管理多项优先任务。

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, clean, and analyze financial data from multiple systems to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and maintain financial dashboards, scorecards, and management reports for US business units.
- Support month-end and quarter-end reporting, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data validation, trend analysis, and reconciliations to ensure integrity of financial results.
- Partner with Accounting and FP&A teams to automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
- Assist in building financial models to assess profitability, cost trends, and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to data governance initiatives.
- Support ad-hoc data and financial analysis requests from US stakeholders or management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or management reporting (preferably with US exposure).
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
