Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and organisedDigital Marketing - Web & GHL Specialistto support our digital marketing, social media, website, CRM, and general admin activities.

Portfolio is required.​​You will be responsible for managing key activities such as the following:

SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL MARKETING

• Create and manage social media content

• Manage social media accounts and audience engagement

• Repurpose content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms

• Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages

• Manage social media outreach and appointment setting

• Create graphics and edit videos

• Write blogs and other marketing content

• Manage email marketing campaigns

• Support and implement social media strategies

• Track social media performance and KPIs

• Stay updated with social media trends and best practices

WEB DESIGN & GHL

• Update and maintain website content and pages

• Assist with basic website design and improvements

• Upload and manage website images, content, and other digital assets

• Manage CRM records and sales pipelines

• Manage and update GoHighLevel (GHL) contacts, pipelines, workflows, and campaigns

• Assist with GHL forms, landing pages, automations, and appointment systems

GENERAL ADMIN

• Manage CRM and database records

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

• Prepare monthly social media and digital marketing reports

• Manage and book appointments

• Assist with client enquiries and telephone support

• Manage emails, files, and documents

• Assist with webinars, meetings, and other marketing activities

• Provide general administrative support as required

Requirements

• Degree qualified (+)

• Minimum 3 years of Digital Marketing, Social Media Content Creation or similar

• Experience in web design and website management

• Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL), Wix, and WordPress

• Strong digital marketing and social media experience

• Experience in graphic design (logo) and video editing

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience withMicrosoft Office,SharePoint, andOneDrive

• Experience with Canva and video editing software such as Premiere

• Experience with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social platforms

• Experience in content creation, social media engagement, and database management

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive, organised, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

Work Environment & ExpectationsWhile this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.✅ This role requires:• Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)• Use of time tracking software during work hours• Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON• Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift• Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task⏱ Payroll is processed bi-monthly.We’re looking for someone who values structure, is dependable, and thrives in a role that provides consistency and clarity. Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: PHP 35,000 2.Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3.You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippine public holidays
4.Probation: 6 months and after Probation
10 days of annual leave credits
5 days of sick leave
5.HMO offered after 6 months' probation 6.Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days
7.Annual Salary Review
8.Laptop provided after 30 days
9.Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
10.SHIFT TIMES: 8 AM - 5 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday.
