About the Role Our client is a pioneering healthcare organization redefining the digital health landscape. Operating a state-of-the-art virtual environment, they seamlessly integrate triage, video visits, and rapid specialist input to provide expedited coordination for labs, imaging, and referrals.
We are seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners who are ready to handle a wide spectrum of patient acuity in a fast-paced, tech-forward setting. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a massive shift in how medicine is practiced across the United States.
Key Responsibilities * Virtual Patient Care: Conduct chat and video visits, managing patient needs ranging from low to high acuity.
- Triage & Coordination: Manage complex triage scenarios and coordinate rapid specialist inputs and referrals within the patient's network.
- Clinical Leadership: Oversee clinical workflows and ensure strict adherence to practice policies.

What Were Looking For * Licensure (Non-Negotiable): You must currently hold state medical licenses that cover at least 40% of the US population (typically including CA, TX, FL, and NY).
- Experience: Minimum of 6,240 practice hours (roughly 3 years of full-time clinical experience).
- Specialty: Background in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Education: Graduate of a US-based medical training program.
- Leadership: Proven experience overseeing clinical groups, workflows, or setting practice policies.
- Digital Fluency: Fast learner regarding new software tools, telehealth platforms, and digital processes.
