#### **About the Role**

As a Principal DevOps Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to design and implement high-impact, scalable Kosli implementations. This role spans strategic technical discussions, solution architecture design, implementation support and long-term client management. You’ll collaborate across engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure we deliver best-in-class service and innovation.

#### **Key Responsibilities**

- Engage with technology executives, engineers, and stakeholders in pre-sales technical conversations and long-term relationship management.
- Design, develop, and oversee solutions to ensure successful deployment of Kosli, meeting customer control and audit requirements.
- Develop end user documentation, tutorials, blog posts, and videos explaining the capabilities of Kosli
- Provide product feedback to the engineering team, contributing to the product roadmap with customer insights.
- Help shape Kosli’s service offerings, including training and onboarding programs for new customers.
- Support marketing efforts through content creation, including blog posts, webinars, and live events.
- Collaborate in the Field Services Team to deliver exceptional customer service

#### **You might be a great fit for this role if you have:**

- Solid experience in **DevOps** and **Platform Engineering**.
- Git and version control workflows
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab etc.)
- Container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, CloudFormation)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Programming and scripting languages (Python, Go, YAML, JSON etc.)
- A background in **financial services** or similar regulated industries.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks, and security requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOX, PCI DSS)
- A track record in **consulting**, **solutions architecture**, or **technical coaching**.
- Interest in technical sales and supporting go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
