任职要求：
- 有独立管理多个同时进行的IT项目的经验
- • 具备使用ClickUp或类似项目管理平台（如Asana或Monday.com）的中级到高级经验
- • 对IT和软件实施环境有深入了解，包括测试环境、生产环境和系统集成
- • 优秀的项目规划、组织和时间管理能力
- • 强大的分析和解决问题的能力，对风险管理有积极主动的态度
- • 优秀的书面和口头沟通能力
- • 能够在最少监督的情况下自主工作

IT Project Manager (Remote)
Wing is on the exciting mission of redefining the future of work for companies worldwide! We are looking to be the one-stop shop for companies that are looking to build world-class teams & place their operations on autopilot.
And we’re looking for an IT Project Manager to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage timelines for 60+ simultaneous projects by creating project plans, launch targets, and milestone schedules.
- Identify project risks and proactively recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
- Track project tasks, deliverables, and resource assignments to ensure timely execution.
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Update and maintain project information in ClickUp.
- Collaborate closely with the existing Wing assistant to ensure project continuity.
- Escalate project issues when necessary and execute appropriate follow-up actions.
- Ensure multiple projects progress according to schedule while maintaining quality and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects independently
- • Intermediate to advanced experience with ClickUp or similar project management platforms (e.g., Asana or Monday.com)
- • Strong understanding of IT and software implementation environments, including test environments, production environments, and system integrations
- • Excellent project planning, organization, and time management skills
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to risk management
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Salary Package:
