日常工作职责
- 协助在邮件、社交媒体和付费渠道执行营销活动
- 支持电子邮件营销（活动设置、用户分组、基础报告）
- 协助进行市场和竞争对手研究
- 协助影响者推广和协调工作
- 协助跟踪和报告活动表现指标
- 协助基础内容创作（图形设计、文案、博客格式）
任职要求
- 有营销虚拟助理经验，了解数字营销（邮件、社交媒体、付费广告）
- 熟练使用Shopify
- 有电商或直接面向消费者的品牌背景
- 强大的组织能力和时间管理能力
- 出色的英文书面和口语沟通能力
- 能够独立工作并按时完成任务

We’re looking for a Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our marketing team with day-to-day execution, coordination, and optimization of campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who has extensive background in Shopify and Marketing, is organized, proactive, and excited to grow in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Day to day responsibilities
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid channels
- Support email marketing (campaign setup, segmentation, basic reporting)
- Assist in conducting market and competitor research
- Help with influencer outreach and coordination
- Assist in tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics
- Assist with basic content creation (graphics, captions, blog formatting)
Requirements
- Previous experience in marketing virtual assistance with knowledge of digital marketing (email, social media, paid ads)
- Extensive experience in using Shopify
- Background in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
