Overview
Dane Street is seeking experienced, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Occupational Medicine Physicians licensed in Washington to join our growing panel of independent physician reviewers. In this role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to conduct comprehensive medical record reviews and provide objective, evidence-based opinions on cases involving occupational injuries, work-related illnesses, fitness-for-duty evaluations, impairment assessments, return-to-work recommendations, and treatment appropriateness.
This fully remote opportunity offers flexible scheduling and the ability to customize your workload while working as a 1099 independent contractor.
Position Description
As a Physician Reviewer, you will evaluate medical records, prepare concise clinical summaries, and provide independent medical opinions in response to specific questions posed by our clients. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing medical records and supporting documentation
  • Conducting evidence-based clinical assessments
  • Preparing clear, comprehensive written reports
  • Participating in peer-to-peer discussions when necessary
