Our client have developed more than 20+ digital tools for HR management, team leadership, organizational development, and corporate culture under the brand. Their goal is to optimize and support the work of leaders and HR professionals worldwide with the help of pragmatic digital solutions and outstanding data-driven advisory assistance.
We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated individual to join our team.
Role Summary:
As a Senior Manual QA Specialist, you will be responsible for the quality of our products by developing, maintaining and performing functional tests.
Daily responsibilities:
- Collaborate with both R&D and Product teams to find the best technical solution that suits the business needs.
- Have a critical eye for detail and be motivated to explore our products in pursuit of identifying problems that will be important for our customers.
- Define and implement quality assurance practices and procedures for the companys software.
- Design and implement tests.
- Work with business owners to develop acceptance criteria.
- Write test documentation such as test cases and scenarios.
- Troubleshooting test environment and application configuration issues.
Requirements:
- 5+ years technical experience as a professional QA Engineer.
- Demonstrable experience in test design and test execution.
- Comfortable with both UI and backend testing.
- Experience with API, microservices.
- Web-service testing experience (frontend, backend).
- Understanding and experience in Agile (scrum) environments.
- Understand and analyze product requirements and communicate with product management teams.
- Must be a self-starter, quick learner, attentive to details, able to multi-task, and have excellent initiative.
- Sharp Eye for detail and consistency is a must.
- Responsible, highly motivated and team-oriented person.
- Good English communications skills, both written and verbal.
