· Be the go-to person for our customers, offering email, chat, and phone support
- Respond to customer queries swiftly and effectively, resolving any issues that arise
- Spot unsatisfied customers proactively and take the initiative to address their concerns
- Curate and write engaging social media and blog posts
- Regularly update our brand's social media channels, fostering interaction with our followers

Requirements
- Relevant experience in roles such as Virtual Assistant, Customer Service, or Social Media Management
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Strong experience in customer service, including phone, chat, and email support
- Expertise in managing social media accounts and crafting engaging content
- Proficiency in word-processing software, spreadsheets, and online calendars
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Stable, high-speed internet connection
- Full-time availability, with the ability to work between 3 PM - 12 AM Eastern Time Zone.
