KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
- Define scalable, robust IT architecture at optimal TCO.
- Align solutions with business architecture and group IT strategy.
- Deliver requirements adhering to standards, best practices and guidelines.
- Monitor market solutions and internal technical prescriptions.
- Validate solutions architecture and development.
- Continuous process improvement & support new process implementations
- Develop the team continuously, fostering self-organization and autonomy
- Coach and mentor for skill and process improvement.
- Understand business operations and advise partners
- Plan IT projects and manage obsolescence
- Identify IT solution opportunities with architecture team

POTENTIAL CANDIDATE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR;
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Master's Degree in a relevant field would be an asset
- 10 years of experience in IT Industry with minimum 3 years of experience in solution design
- Deep understanding of the infrastructure technology stack and networking
- Exposure to SAP/ Salesforce/ BI and Other Business Applications and ability work with Ms Visio
- Self-motivated, committed and a good team player
- Excellent English communication skills, Customer centricity and service mindset
- Passionate for learning and excellent problem solving skills
