Job Overview
You will be responsible for managing relationships with affiliate partners and you will be working with a variety of different companies, from e-commerce retailers to media outlets, and help them generate revenue by promoting their products or services through third-party websites or platforms.
Main Responsibilities
- Recruit/look for new Affiliates/IBs and maintain existing relationships with current Affiliates/IBs
- Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and activities
- Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues with their accounts
- Search for Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate with them to cooperate with our affiliate program in accordance with our terms
- Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with existing partners
- Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI)
- Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spamming or publishing confidential information
- Review sales reports to determine which campaigns are producing results and which ones need to be improved or discontinued
- Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities for new products or services
- Coordinate with the creative team in order to prepare the conversion promo materials for Affiliates for specific GEO (landing pages, teasers, banners)
- Write marketing briefs and work with our creative team to develop assets for campaigns
- Initiate new campaign ideas and bonus offers for affiliates
- Represent company at international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.)
Requirements
· Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying or any other related field is a plus
· At least 1 - 2 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager role
· Experience within the Forex or Fintech industry will be considered a plus
· Excellent command of English and Spanish language is a must
· Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels
· Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
· Ability to multitask and excellent attention to details
· Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and positive attitude
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel), knowledge of affiliate networks
· Exceptional planning and project management skills
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to travel when needed to conferences and/or team meetings in other locations
