For a long-term Oracle HCM support service, we are looking for a technically strong Oracle Payroll & HCM Integration Consultant.
We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant. The role combines functional payroll expertise with technical troubleshooting and integration capabilities.
Project setup:

  • Contract: Freelance
  • Location: Remote
  • Workload: Flexible assignments based on actual demand with no guaranteed minimum volume

Tasks

  • Support for Oracle Payroll
  • Analysis of complex payroll and integration issues
  • Root cause analysis
  • Support with payroll configuration and smaller changes
  • Fast Formula
  • HCM Extracts
  • HDL / HSDL
  • BI Publisher
  • Support with Oracle Integration Cloud and external payroll interfaces
  • Support with releases, testing and hypercare

Requirements

  • Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
  • Strong Oracle Payroll expertise
  • Productive support and troubleshooting experience
  • Good knowledge of Fast Formula
  • Experience with HCM Extracts
  • Experience with HDL/HSDL
  • Experience with payroll integrations
  • Very good English skills

  • Oracle Integration Cloud
