Job Summary
The Commercial Excellence Senior Consultant is a hands-on consulting role responsible for leading the development and delivery of client centric solutions that strengthen pharmaceutical commercial capabilities. This role blends strategic thinking with practical execution and requires demonstrated experience working with health systems, IDNs, payers, and the evolving healthcare ecosystem This role serves as a workstream leader across WLH engagements with a strong focus on strategic account management excellence, customer-centric resource development, and commercial capability building.
Unlike traditional strategy roles, this position requires someone who is both strategic and highly execution-oriented. The successful candidate must be equally strong in designing and facilitating high-quality tools, frameworks, working sessions, and client solutions.
The ideal candidate brings experience working across multiple pharmaceutical companies, therapeutic areas, or commercial structures and can apply that experience to help clients navigate real-world commercial challenges. This individual will quickly establish themselves as a trusted partner by demonstrated consulting maturity, executive presence, strong facilitation skills, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex insights into practical, customer-ready deliverables. - Serve as a trusted partner to WLH clients by demonstrating credibility, responsiveness, and a strong understanding of their commercial environment and strategic priorities within WLH’s high-touch, bespoke consulting model.
