- 2到3段在高速成长的初创公司、风险投资或咨询领域的实习经历，或者通过副项目、学生组织、研究或创业工作展示出主动性的经验。
- 有实际动手经验使用AI工具自动化真实流程，构建了自己会持续使用的工具，而非实验性原型。
- 有端到端运行手动运营流程的经验，并能记录故障模式和流程崩溃点。
- 有构建流程自动化规则、子流程和工作流逻辑来替代手动工作的经验。
- 能够在流程文档较少的快速变化环境中工作。
- 能够将运营洞察转化为工程团队的技术规范。
- 有银行、支付或金融科技运营背景者优先。
- 熟悉无代码或低代码自动化平台，如Zapier、Make、n8n或类似工具者优先。

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a graduate-level operations role at an early-stage fintech banking startup, sitting within the core operations team and owning a critical operational domain day-to-day. You will run the queue yourself first, then systematically engineer it away, turning manual work into automated systems that reduce reliance on headcount. It is a high-agency, high-ownership position for someone who thinks in systems and measures success by the queue running without them.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Take ownership of a core operational domain, running cases, reviews, and escalations hands-on from day one.
- Become the deepest expert on your domain's workflows, logging every point where processes break or create friction.
- Automate your own work by shipping rules and sub-flows to handle what you have been doing manually.
- Drive and validate measurable improvements on every workflow you rebuild.
- Handle edge cases and knife-edge scenarios that automation does not yet cover.
- Translate operational findings and failure modes into clear specs and requirements for Engineering and Product teams.
- Help ship the systems and agents that ultimately replace the manual work you started with.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 to 3 internships in high-growth startups, venture capital, or consulting, or demonstrated initiative through side projects, student organizations, research, or entrepreneurial work.
- Hands-on experience automating real workflows using AI tools, built tools you actively use rather than experimental prototypes.
- Experience running manual operational workflows end-to-end and documenting failure modes and process breakdowns.
- Experience building process automation rules, sub-flows, and workflow logic to replace manual effort.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with minimal process documentation.
- Ability to translate operational insights into technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Background in banking, payments, or fintech operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with no-code or low-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools is a plus.
- Based in New York City or willing to relocate.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: $100,000 to $125,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
