主要职责
● 编辑用于社交媒体、营销和数字活动的视频内容
● 将长篇内容重新制作成短篇（片段、短视频等）
● 在需要时添加动态图形和视觉增强效果
● 与团队协作按时交付项目
● 管理多个项目并保持交付进度
● 提出对剪辑工作流程和流程的改进建议
所需技能与经验
- 具有丰富的视频剪辑经验（职业或自由职业）
- 精通以下至少一种工具：
- ○ Adobe Premiere Pro
- ○ DaVinci Resolve
- 能够高效地处理多个项目
- 对节奏、叙事和社交媒体内容格式有良好的理解
- 熟练使用AI工具

- 有动态图形经验（如Adobe After Effects）

About Us
Our client is a corporate video production agency working primarily with software and tech
companies in the U.S. creating high-quality video content for marketing, social media, and
brand storytelling. The company runs on strong systems: every meeting is recorded, and
automations already extract action items and push them into ClickUp.
We’re looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join the team and help scale our
content output, particularly across social and digital platforms.
You’ll be responsible for editing and producing engaging video content, with a strong focus on
social media, repurposing content, and efficient workflows.This is a hands-on editing role with room to bring your own creative input and improve
processes.
Key Responsibilities
● Edit video content for social media, marketing, and digital campaigns
● Repurpose long-form content into short-form (clips, reels, etc.)
● Add motion graphics and visual enhancements where needed
● Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time
● Manage multiple projects and maintain momentum across deliverables
● Suggest improvements to editing workflows and processes

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in video editing (professional or freelance)
- Proficiency in at least one of the following:
- ○ Adobe Premiere Pro
- ○ DaVinci Resolve
- Ability to work efficiently across multiple projects
- Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, and social content formats
- Skilled in using AI tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Descript
- Motion graphics experience (e.g. Adobe After Effects)
- Experience repurposing content for social media
- Familiarity with working with remote/global teams
