你将负责：
· 从供应商、分销商和供应商处获取 IT 硬件、软件许可及相关服务的报价
· 为销售报价和投标文件提供准确的成本和交货时间输入
· 对比不同供应商的成本，支持具有竞争力且有支持的定价
· 创建、下达并跟踪采购订单，跟进运输和交付情况
· 管理货运代理、运输文件、清关和进口物流
· 跟踪实际到岸成本与预估成本的差异并进行报告
· 与财务部门协调供应商付款和付款条款
· 维护供应商记录、价格历史和供应商关系
必备条件：
· 在 IT/技术供应商和分销商采购或采购方面有实际经验——你已经熟悉这个生态系统，不是在工作中学习
· 有采购、采购、物流或运营背景
· 强大的 Excel 技能，对数字和成本比较感到舒适
· 高度有条理且注重细节——你会跟进直到获得明确的答案，而不是大概的答案
· 能够同时处理多个订单和截止日期而不丢失进度
· 具备专业的英语和阿拉伯语书面和口语能力

Franco Pinto is a B2B IT solutions and reseller company serving banks, government entities, telecom operators and large corporates We partner with leading vendors including Fortinet, HP, Dell and Microsoft. We're a small, senior team - and we're growing.
You'll take ownership of our procurement and supply chain cycle - sourcing, costing, ordering, freight, customs and delivery. This role rewards people who are naturally organized, precise with numbers, and comfortable following up until an answer is firm. Whether you come from a procurement background or general operations, what matters most is your attention to detail and your ability to own a process end to end.
What you'll do:
· Source and obtain quotations from vendors, distributors and suppliers for IT hardware, software licensing and related services
· Provide accurate cost and lead-time inputs for sales quotations and tender submissions
· Compare costs across suppliers to support competitive, well-supported pricing
· Raise, place and track purchase orders, and follow up on shipment and delivery
· Manage freight forwarding, shipping documentation, customs clearance and import logistics
· Track actual landed costs against estimates and report variances
· Coordinate with finance on supplier payments and payment terms
· Maintain supplier records, pricing history and vendor relationships
Essential
· Hands-on experience procuring or sourcing from IT/technology vendors and distributors - you already know this ecosystem, you're not learning it on the job
· Background in procurement, purchasing, logistics or operations
· Strong Excel skills and comfort working with numbers and cost comparisons
· Highly organized and detail-oriented - you follow up until you have a firm answer, not an approximate one
· Able to manage several orders and deadlines at once without losing track
· Professional written and spoken English and Arabic
Advantageous
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
· Experience with international purchasing, import documentation or customs clearance
· Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP or similar)
