We don’t just need a Talent Acquisition Specialist, EMEA—we need a Talent Matchmaker & Growth Engine. We’re looking for someone who gets their energy from hunting down world-class talent, building genuine connections, and scaling remote teams while keeping a sharp, analytical focus on how hiring quality drives real business velocity.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to stay in their lane. You’ll be right at the center of the action—owning full-cycle recruitment across both high-volume Technical and strategic Business hires—ensuring every candidate experience is candidate-centric, data-driven, and unforgettably positive.

You won’t be a solo operator. You’ll collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, People Operations, and Department Leads across EMEA, bringing teams together to guarantee consistency, momentum, and exceptional hiring quality across the board.

#### Where Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity…

- **Drive Full-Cycle Recruiting:** Own end-to-end recruitment across EMEA for diverse technical (Engineering, Product) and business roles (Sales, Ops, Marketing).
- **Bridge Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Operations:** Support with the design and execution of a frictionless pre-boarding and onboarding, turning new hires into engaged, productive team members.
- **Source Passive Superstars:** Leverage creative sourcing strategies, AI search tools, and direct outreach to discover top-tier, diverse talent across EMEA markets.
- **Elevate Candidate Experience:** Deliver a fast, transparent, and memorable interview process that makes candidates fall in love with WorkMotion.
- **Partner with Leadership:** Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding them on salary benchmarks, market trends, and talent pipelines.
- **Optimize Talent Acquisition Operations:** Utilize data to track conversion metrics, shorten time-to-hire, and continuously refine our hiring practices.
- **Champion Diversity & Inclusion:** Ensure inclusive hiring frameworks and fair evaluation standards throughout every stage of the funnel.

#### What It Takes to Make an Impact Here…

- 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist covering both Technical and Business roles within EMEA.
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time-management skills, with a high sense of urgency to balance multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously without missing a beat.
- Solid practical understanding of Workable ATS and seamless collaboration across Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Proficiency in AI-powered recruitment tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude) to optimize productivity and candidate outreach.
- High stakeholder management and influence competencies, with a track record of coaching hiring managers toward swift, smart decisions.
- Top-tier communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to craft compelling candidate outreach, build rapid rapport, and articulate complex information with clarity across fully remote teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring error-free candidate communication, through follow-up with candidates and key stakeholders, accurate contract generations and seamless compliance across all stages of hiring and onboarding.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) with outstanding conversational agility and active listening skills.

#### Bonus Points If You Bring…

- Experience recruiting within the HR-tech, SaaS, or Employer of Record (EOR) sectors.
- Proven knowledge of EMEA labor market dynamics, compensation standards, and remote-first candidate preferences.
- Hands-on experience designing employer branding campaigns or hosting virtual recruitment events.
