- 在几个月内推出第一批自动化方案，通过实际用户群体验证运营模式并推动可衡量的业务量提升。
- 在你的领域内扩展代理系统，使得人类只处理最高风险的决策，而长尾部分则完全实现无人值守。
- 直接与工程和产品团队合作，定义代理和工具，参与实际决策而非提交工单。
- 撰写、辩护并持续改进升级路径、标准操作流程（SOP）和运营指标。
我们寻找的人选
- 在银行、金融科技、支付或加密货币公司，或在受监管金融服务领域有三级咨询经验的公司，有3年或以上构建产品或流程的经验。
- 当前在生产环境中运行的自动化代理或系统，而不是概念验证。
- 有实际操作经验，如队列管理、案件处理或交易处理，以亲身体验流程中的痛点。
- 有设计端到端运营领域经验，包括流程设计、SOP创建、KPI定义和工具选择。
- 有直接与工程和产品团队合作的经验，用于定义和构建运营工具和系统。
- 熟悉合规、风险、反洗钱、支付运营、清算或结算流程者优先。
- 有AI代理、大语言模型（LLM）或智能自动化系统经验者优先。

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an end-to-end ownership role over a core operational domain, reporting directly to the COO at an AI-native, stablecoin-based clearing and banking platform built for global fintechs and financial institutions. You will design, automate, and scale the systems that make operations run hands-off, measuring success by volume growth with flat headcount rather than team size.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own one operational domain end-to-end: customer operations, payment operations, or fincrime operations, running it like a product team from day one.
- Perform the manual work yourself in the first couple of months, sitting in the queue to identify exactly where processes break and defining the KPIs that prove the system works.
- Ship the first wave of automations within a few months, proving the operating model on a live cohort and driving measurable volume lift.
- Scale agents across your domain so that humans handle only the highest-risk decisions while the long tail runs hands-off.
- Spec agents and shape tooling directly alongside Engineering and Product, collaborating on real decisions rather than filing tickets.
- Draft, defend, and continuously improve escalation paths, SOPs, and operational metrics.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3 or more years building products or processes at a bank, fintech, payments, or crypto company, or tier-1 consulting experience with regulated financial services exposure.
- Production automations or agents shipped and running in live environments today, not proofs of concept.
- Hands-on experience performing operational work such as queue management, case handling, or transaction processing to understand process pain points firsthand.
- Experience designing end-to-end operational domains including process design, SOP creation, KPI definition, and tooling selection.
- Strong background working directly with engineering and product teams to spec and build operational tooling and systems.
- Familiarity with compliance, risk, fincrime, payment operations, clearing, or settlement workflows is a strong plus.
- Experience with AI agents, LLMs, or intelligent automation systems is a plus.
- Automation-first mindset: your first instinct is to build a system, not to add headcount.
- High agency, ownership mentality, and comfort operating in ambiguity without an established playbook.
- Based in New York or willing to relocate.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $180,000 to $220,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
