Senior Strategic Enablement Analyst
At Stryker, data-driven decisions help shape how we serve customers and support long-term growth. As a Senior Strategic Enablement Analyst, you will play a key role in translating pricing, contract, and market data into actionable insights that influence commercial strategy and business performance. This is an opportunity to work across multiple functions, improve critical business processes, and help teams make informed decisions that drive measurable results.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain pricing reports, dashboards, and analytics that support commercial decision-making and performance tracking.
- Develop financial models to evaluate pricing performance, revenue impact, contract outcomes, market trends, and business forecasts.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to support annual pricing planning and align pricing strategies with financial objectives.
- Analyze customer, sales, contract, and pricing data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and recommendations.
- Generate data-driven insights and present findings that support strategic decisions and business initiatives.
- Serve as a key contact for pricing-related requests, including pricing data, reporting, and analytical support across business functions.
- Lead process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across pricing, sales, and marketing operations.
- Create and maintain performance reporting tools, methodologies, and frameworks that enable effective tracking of pricing and business results.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum 6 years of professional work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
- Understanding of basic financial concepts and processes related to sales, marketing, operations, and/or finance
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, finance, contract management, or operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Knowledge of financial concepts, business performance metrics, and commercial operations.

- Experience creating dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualization solutions that support business decision-making.

- US10: $76,500 - $122,000 USD Annual
- US15: $79,900 - $127,500 USD Annual
- US20: $83,400 - $133,100 USD Annual
- US30: $90,400 - $144,200 USD Annual
