This is a remote position.
About the Role:We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support two high-producing agents. You’ll manage CRMs, client communication, calendars, social media, marketing, and general administrative tasks—keeping everything running smoothly so our agents can focus on clients and deals. What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and update CRMs (Follow Up Boss, APT, etc.)
- Manage client communication and follow-ups
- Schedule appointments, showings, and track deadlines
- Create and post social media content, track engagement
- Organize listing updates, feedback, and marketing tasks
- Support administrative processes and task tracking
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in real estate
- Experience working with real estate in Georgia state is highly preferred
- Proficient in CRM tools and basic marketing/social media
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
