Requirements
What we are looking for!
Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of combined experience in HR generalist duties and end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT).
- Hands-on experience with onboarding, employee relations, performance support, and HR administration
Tech-Savvy:
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Talent Solutions, HRIS tools, ATS platforms, and other digital recruitment solutions.
- Communication Wizard:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Able to communicate professionally with candidates, employees, and clients.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a fast-growing tech or recruitment organization.
- Previous client-facing communication experience.
- Experience with HR operational tasks such as contracts, or compliance
