- 为多个部门的职位进行全流程招聘
- 在快速变化的招聘环境中筛选和接触候选人
- 在整个过程中与候选人保持清晰沟通
- 使用ATS系统管理并跟踪招聘活动
- 与招聘经理协作，明确目标并优化招聘流程
✅ 你具备的条件
- 2-3年以上招聘或高频招聘经验
- 对招聘策略和快节奏招聘有深刻理解
- 优秀的沟通、跟进和组织能力
- 熟悉CRM/ATS系统和招聘技术工具
- 可以在PST或EST时区工作

INTERNAL RECRUITER – HIGH-VOLUME STAFFING
📍 Remote | 🕐 PST or EST Hours | 💼 Full-Time

Hire Hangar is growing and we’re seeking a seasoned Internal Recruiter with proven success managing high-volume pipelines. This is an ideal role for someone with a staffing agency background who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance quality with speed.
You’ll be responsible for filling multiple roles across various departments, using a mix of sourcing, screening, and candidate relationship-building to keep pipelines strong and hiring on track.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Run full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across departments
- Qualify, screen, and engage candidates in a fast-moving hiring environment
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process
- Manage and track recruitment activity using an ATS
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on goals and improve hiring workflows
✅ What You Bring
- 2–3+ years of experience in staffing or high-volume recruiting
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and fast-paced hiring
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and organization skills
- Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems and recruitment tech tools
- Availability to work in PST or EST time zones
