任职要求
任何计算机科学、信息技术、工程或信息系统专业的学士学位
经验：5年以上企业Windows系统管理经验，其中至少2年处理二级/三级升级问题
知识和/或经验
技术技能：
• 精通管理Active Directory、混合Entra ID以及DNS/DHCP核心服务
• 具有Intunes / System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)的实际操作经验
• 对Exchange Online、Teams/Webex和OneDrive的架构和依赖关系有扎实的理解
• 熟悉Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops操作（Studio、Director、Workspace）和Windows RDS
• 了解Trellix ENS/DLP/应用程序白名单
• 脚本编写：熟练使用PowerShell（函数、模块、REST/Graph调用）
• 虚拟化技术
• 认证（推荐）：微软身份与访问管理员（SC-300）、MCSA/MCSE、Citrix CC-VAD、ITIL v4基础

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Information Systems discipline
Experience: 5+ years in enterprise Windows systems administration with at least 2 years handling Tier 2/3 escalations.
Knowledge and/or Experience
Technical Skills:
o Proven expertise administering Active Directory, Hybrid Entra ID, and DNS/DHCP core services.
o Hands-on experience with Intunes / System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)
o Solid understanding of the architecture and dependencies of Exchange Online, Teams/Webex, and OneDrive.
o Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops operations (Studio, Director, Workspace) and Windows RDS.
o Working knowledge of Trellix ENS/DLP/Application Whitelisting
o Scripting: PowerShell proficiency (functions, modules, REST/Graph calls).
o Virtualization technologies
o Certifications (Recommended): Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator (SC-300),MCSA/MCSE, Citrix CC-VAD, ITIL v4 Foundation.
