具有与石油和天然气行业中的 EPC 承包商、分包商和供应商合作的经验。

具备与来自不同文化背景的人合作的能力和敏感度。

Job Description Highlights:

Oversees the Contractor's development of the required structural deliverables within the project budget and schedule.

Ensures that all Project requirements, as detailed in the Scope of Work, for all structures are met.

Facilitates interfaces among the Contractor's organization with respect to structural issues on for the areas of his responsibility.

Provides general structural engineering technical leadership, advice, and guidance as to Client practices and expectations. Supervise the Contractor structural team.

Reviews the design work of Contractors, Consultants and other third parties, request corrections and recommends changes. Ensures that the process/plant design and operability are in accordance with the Clients operational philosophies.

Reviews the project job specifications prepared by the Contractor(s) and ensure they are in accordance with Companys Engineering Guides and Design Practices.

Engineering Degree / HND/HNC or similar, however any qualification, technical or knowledge requirements may be waived through relevant work experience.

10 years of experience in discipline with at least 10 years demonstrated senior engineering experience in major capital projects.

Experience with EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors involved in the oil and gas industry.

Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from variety of cultural backgrounds.

Worldwide experience with contractors in particular those involved in the construction of Offshore LNG production facilities.

Good interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT
