Your role:
- Review tender documents, including drawings, specifications, addendums, RFIs, SIs, etc.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs.
- Apply details to take-offs to determine material requirements.
- Communicate with suppliers to collect quotes on materials for pricing.
- Prepare project material and labour pricing.
- Prepare bid packages with tender pricing for clients according to specifications.
What You Need
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and performing take-offs.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows 11.
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills and concepts quickly.
- Experience with PlanSwift.
- Team player.

- Experience performing take-offs.
- Experience working with a construction team.
