Your Role:
As a Social Media Manager, you will:
- Manage day-to-day social media content and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and X.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar covering seasonal campaigns, product launches, and evergreen lifestyle content.
- Create original photo and video content, including product features, lifestyle shoots, unboxings, Reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Write engaging, on-brand captions and manage community engagement across social platforms.
- Collaborate with catalog and merchandising teams to identify products and campaigns to feature.
- Monitor trends across home décor, outdoor living, cabin/rustic, and lifestyle categories and adapt content accordingly.
- Manage and report on paid social campaigns and organic social performance.
- Support social media content across multiple product categories and sister brands.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- 2+ years of social media management experience, preferably within retail, home décor, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
- Strong hands-on photo and video content creation and editing skills.
- Proven experience creating short-form video content for Reels and TikTok, including hooks, trends, and pacing.
- Strong copywriting and written communication skills with the ability to maintain an established brand voice.
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Pinterest, and social media analytics/reporting tools.
Preferred skills/expertise
- Experience managing social media for a retail, home décor, outdoor lifestyle, or multi-brand e-commerce company.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Portfolio or reel demonstrating original photo and video content personally shot and edited.
- Experience growing organic engagement, reach, and video views.
- Ability to manage content across multiple product categories and brands simultaneously.
- Genuine interest in outdoor living, cabin/rustic décor, or lifestyle content is a plus.
