Job Summary
Tax ManagerDuties and Responsibilities
- Ensures group-wide tax compliance across all subsidiaries, covering income tax, VAT, withholding, and local taxes.
- Leads tax planning and optimization, advising on restructurings, acquisitions, and new business initiatives to manage risk and reduce tax exposure.
- Oversees tax provisions and reporting, supporting accurate consolidated financial statements and required disclosures.
- Manages tax audits and regulatory matters, acting as the main liaison with tax authorities and external auditors.
- Drives tax governance and leadership, standardizing policies, strengthening controls, and leading the tax team and external advisers.

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required
