Call Center Agent (m/f/d) Swedish
Speaking Swedish isn´t a big deal for you? We are currently looking for a Customer Support (m/f/d) Swedish for our center in Palma de Mallorca. Take the time to apply for this job!

Your Tasks
- provide support through phone for technical issues and hardware troubleshooting
- complete service requests
- reporting on incidents and service requests
- ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
Your Profile
- very good knowledge of Swedish and English
- good working knowledge of MS Office
- strong communication skills and service mentality
- high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn
- ability to work independently and grasp things quickly
