**Tasks you will become an expert in:**
- Handling **incoming and outgoing calls** of the bank's existing retail **key customers**.
- **Telephone sales** of banking products and performing the administrative tasks related to them.
- Sales of **loan and insurance products**.
- Providing information about investment products and processing transactions related to them.
- Evaluating capital market and money market processes.
**This is for you if:**
- You have at least a **secondary school qualification** and the **MNB capital market agent official examination** or an equivalent, such as:
- stock exchange professional examination,
- securities market administrative specialist qualification,
- Hungarian Banking Association Higher Banking Professional Certificate,
- financial organization certified accountant qualification,
- financial administrative specialist qualification,
- you hold a higher education degree in economics.
- You have at least **1 year of banking professional experience**.
- You have **investment knowledge** and are interested in various financial market trends.
- You would **like to work from home**.
- You have strong **communication** and **problem-solving** skills.
