**Call Center Sales Advisor (Corporate Client Segment)**

**Tasks you will become an expert in:**

- Advising **small and micro-business clients** on banking products.
- Cross-selling.
- Carrying out active acquisition activities, **searching for potential clients** within the given small business segment.
- Making **cold calls** to companies that are not yet clients of CIB Bank.
- Performing **administrative** tasks related to calls.
- **Complaint handling** by phone.
- Supporting and monitoring the services of the banking group.
- Handling product-usage stimulation calls and **customer retention calls**.

**This is for you if:**

- You are looking for a **6-hour part-time position** (working hours: 9:00-15:00).
- Working fully from a **home office** is not a problem (training period of about 1 week in person at the CIB24 Budapest office).
- You have at least a secondary school qualification.

- You have a minimum of **1 year** of experience in a **customer service role**.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You are a customer- and business-oriented personality.
- You want a responsible, dynamic job.
