We are excited to have been appointed to help a well-positioned startup recruit a core team for their decentralised identification Blockchain-Based Player Identity & Security Service, which will include an API.
They are poised for significant growth, aiming to meet the demands of global businesses seeking high-security identity verification solutions to boost customer acquisition and retention. Security and privacy are paramount in iGaming, and this decentralised ID platform will offer a verifiable yet private profile that players can use across platforms, enhancing trust and reducing redundant KYC processes.

Role Overview:
As a Blockchain Architect, you will lead the design and development of the platform's architecture and foundational framework. Your work will focus on creating a scalable, secure system, ensuring seamless user experiences, and meeting stringent compliance standards within the iGaming industry.
Responsibilities:
- Define Blockchain Strategy: Architect the decentralised identity platform, selecting blockchain frameworks, consensus mechanisms, and protocols.
- Implement Security Protocols: Integrate advanced security protocols to safeguard user data across distributed networks.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Align architectural design with evolving industry regulations, including data privacy and KYC standards.
- Optimise for Scalability: Develop an architecture that balances scalability and efficiency, enabling rapid transaction speeds and high data integrity.
- Collaborative Documentation: Coordinate with developers and smart contract teams and produce robust documentation to support scalability.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Blockchain Architect, particularly within Web3 or decentralised finance.
- Expertise in blockchain frameworks such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Polkadot.
- Proven track record of architecting scalable, secure, and compliant blockchain-based solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cryptographic principles, distributed ledgers, and data security.
- Familiarity with iGaming or financial services regulations is highly desirable.
