### **Overview**
We are selecting people with proven experience in financial advisory, holding a valid OCF (Organismo Consulenti Finanziari) certification and MiFID (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive) qualification, interested in a unique professional opportunity that combines entrepreneurship and stability with the right balance!
### **What your activities will be**
Joining our branches will allow you to:
- effectively develop your portfolio
- work as a self-employed professional, supported by a solid corporate organization
- work in synergy within the branch, contributing to targets and related bonuses, sharing training and the many exchange moments with Area Managers and Senior Global Advisors
### **Who we are looking for**
People who want to continue investing in their professional development and who have:
- a three-year or master's degree in economics, finance, political science or law
- a five-year diploma in economics or finance
- at least 3 years of experience in the role with a loyal client portfolio
- passed the exam and registered with the OCF register to practise the role, including off-premises offers with valid MiFID certification

- You will be an employee, acting as a portfolio manager in our branches across the country, with a vertical part-time permanent contract (two days per week) which includes:
- for this area, an annual gross salary of €14,260, supplemented by the Agency contract described below

- For the remaining time, you will be a Global Advisor – Financial Advisor authorised for off-premises offers under an Agency contract (VAT number), exclusively for Intesa Sanpaolo, with the opportunity to build a portfolio of selected clients and earn remuneration linked to its profitability, aimed at rewarding the best professionals, receiving a guaranteed minimum during the first six months of activity and specific bonuses if the portfolio grows.
