### **Overview**
We are selecting motivated individuals to embark on a path of training and professional growth in financial advisory within our Group.
The journey begins with a **6-month full-time internship**, on-site, within our branches, where you will learn the art of client management and the creation of targeted economic-financial portfolios, and follow a training path designed to support you in preparing for the **OCF** exam (Organismo Consulenti Finanziari) that will qualify you for financial advisory.
### **Your Responsibilities**
During the branch internship you will be supported by a team with experience in financial advisory and you will learn to:
- organize your day by preparing client meetings, through study and constant updating, under the guidance of the tutors who will follow you throughout the internship
- uncover the implicit needs of clients through proper exploration and argumentation and the targeted commercial proposal that will follow
- build a valuable relationship through knowledge and skills that will allow you to manage the portfolio assigned to you, in any market context, becoming a true point of reference for clients and your team
- create meaningful relationships both within and outside the branch, with the natural authority that your professionalism will give you
### **Who We Are Looking For**
People who want to make their passion a profession and who have:
- a three-year or master's degree in economics, finance, law or political science
- a five-year diploma with brief experience in insurance or commercial fields
### **What We Offer**
Hiring under a mixed contract, upon completion of the internship with a positive outcome and obtaining the OCF qualification requirements. You will have the opportunity to experience the flexibility of freelance work combined with the security of a large Group:
- you will be an employee, with the role of manager in our branches across the country, with a permanent vertical part-time contract (two days per week) and a salary governed by the CCNL Credito (national collective bargaining agreement for credit)
- for the remaining time you will be a Global Advisor – Financial Advisor authorized for off-site offers under an Agency contract (VAT number), exclusively for Intesa Sanpaolo, with the possibility of building a portfolio of selected clients and earning remuneration linked to its profitability, receiving a guaranteed minimum for the first six months of activity and specific bonuses if the portfolio grows
