Their flagship product integrates with merchant checkouts to qualify e-commerce buyers for instant purchase financing at rates significantly lower than those offered by consumer finance companies. Our client is seeking a Collections Manager to work closely with the Country Head and SVP of Collections. This role involves building, training, and setting up the entire system to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage collections for the Thailand business
- Set up the collections department and team
- Hire and train collections staff
- Create Collections SOP, including country regulations, guidelines, and Dos & Donts
- Execute collections strategies as implemented
- Meet monthly KPIs and collections targets
- Collaborate closely with other stakeholders and departments as required
- Provide weekly/monthly reviews and reports to management
- Incorporate and update industry best practices
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in collections at a managerial level within multi-finance, lending, or banking businesses
- Experience handling and managing collections teams, including desk, field, and agencies
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficiency in English communication
