The Ideal Partner Profile
You are an established recruitment professional who:
· Has 5-10 years of proven recruitment experience with a track record of successful placements and client relationships in your local market.
· Is ready for independence - You have been thinking about starting your own operation but want the backing of an established brand
· OR has recently launched an independent recruitment business and seeks strategic partnership to accelerate growth
· Possesses strong industry networks and the ability to generate business through existing relationships
· Values collaboration while maintaining entrepreneurial drive
· Understands market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory environment
· Has the ambition to build a sustainable, profitable recruitment operation

Requirements
Essential
· Minimum 5 years recruitment experience
· Demonstrated ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle independently
· Strong client relationship management skills
· Self-starter mentality with business development capabilities
· Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices
· Excellent communication skills (fluency in English essential)
Desirable
· Existing client base or business pipeline
· Specialization in high-demand sectors
· Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems
· Previous experience running a business or managing P&L
· Established network within your business community
